Very short skin contact - hence a lighter color. This helps showing off and preserving all the nuances of red currants without tannins or earthy characteristics from the skins getting in the way. Giving a mouth-watering fruity and juicy expression of the acid-driven berries.

No water added - only red currants, honey and 0,5% cherry mead to slightly intensify the color.

Fruity raspberry blossom honey 10 minutes away from our production location were chosen to highlight the berries without taking up too much attention. Getting some complexity backup from two different wildflower honeys sourced from Hadeland and Lillesand'
