Critical Mass is a Triple IPA pouring a pale straw color with clouds of white foam rising above the glass. Utilizing a massive dose of Citra hops, notes of grapefruit juice, mango smoothies, and tangerine sorbet float above its creamy base. Additionally, a charge of the experimental variety EXP 2B from our friends at the Hop Guild ignites our senses with a unique profile. Within its piney finish, notes of Asian pear, floral quince, and syrupy honeydew melon linger on the palate.
