Dolore sees the pairing of our two favorite dark fruits (Black Raspberries and Morello Cherries) in a carefully assembled blend of barrel-aged beer spanning three years of spontaneous brewing. The common thread between those two fruits, and what makes them special, is their own complexity and depth. There are, of course, sweet, jammy undertones to each - beyond that however, black raspberries have an unmistakable earthy/woodsy flavor while the dark cherries we source have their own floral and black currant notes.
