Elani is a lovely and expressive hop that puts out notes of citrus and stone fruit with hints of guava, white peach, and orange zest throughout the tasting experience. A creamy body and decadent head allow you to drink with your eyes before enjoying the juiciness of this little riff. A promising hop, each time we try new things in brewing - and in life - we must maintain our optimism and the Faith In A Positive Outcome.
