'Undertone is our farmhouse ale brewed with oats. The addition of oats brings out a lovely and intense citrus flavor unique to any of our other blends. It is fermented and aged in oak wine barrels with our complex house yeast culture. We then add whole fruit to our oat base beer creating a harmonious blend unlike any other. Days before we bottle condition, we dry hopped the beer with a blend of hops that we think pairs perfectly with the funk and citrus of Undertone.'
